• Place Your Order

• Pre-Order Process
  If your item is not in stock, a 30% deposit is required. Allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.

• Balance Payment
  Once your item is ready, we will notify you to complete the remaining 70% payment and arrange collection.

• Group Orders & VIP Service
  We specialise in group fittings for weddings and events. Book an appointment for a personalised consultation.

Hire & Rental Services

Our rental service is ideal for weekend events and formal occasions.

• Standard Hire Duration: 3 days (e.g., Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday)

• Return Policy: Items must be returned as agreed. Late returns incur surcharges.

• Fees: A full hire fee, non-refundable booking/administration fee, cleaning fee, and security deposit are required before collection.

• ID Required: Proof of identity must be provided.

• Care Instructions: No alterations permitted. Dry items naturally if exposed to rain; do not repress items.

• Damage & Replacement: Customers are liable for damage beyond repair and late returns. Items must be returned in their original condition.

• Fit Guarantee: All garments must be tried on by the specified date ahead of your event. We are not responsible for poor fit if not tried in advance.
